National Floating Wind Innovation Centre
The world’s first national Floating Wind Innovation Centre (FLOWIC) is the transformational anchor project of the Wind Campus and is now fully operational. Developed in collaboration with the Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult, the centre has an internationally recognised capability to reduce the cost of energy from floating offshore wind, support the creation of a floating wind supply chain and increase UK content for new O&M practices.

Alongside the National Floating Wind Innovation Centre, ETZ Ltd is delivering opportunities to invest in an offshore wind cluster. This will include enabled development sites and refurbished property in line with our market leading Net Zero principles.
Within the offshore wind campus, we have attracted tenants including established global companies energy such as D2Zero, alongside exciting scaling technology businesses such as Honuworx, Trojan Energy and HPR ROV. Working with partners, ETZ Ltd offers premium office and industrial accommodation for businesses to scale and grow.
