ETZ Digitalisation Programme - Applications Open

ETZ Ltd funded Digitalisation Programme is open for applications.

Are you currently operating within the energy supply chain?

ETZ Ltd is inviting any SMEs within the energy supply chain in the Aberdeen area to sign up to attend our digital adoption accelerator programme.

We have limited spaces available for our 5-week digital course starting on the 17th of February which will compromise only 2 hours weekly for the online workshops. During the programme we will assist you in developing a strategic digital roadmap to meet your business goals and objectives.

The sessions will be conducted by Dr Jim Hamill who has over 35 years of experience in International Management Education and helps organisations transform by developing leaders of change within the digital era.

Course Overview

Week 1 - Know Your Starting Point – What is the range of disruptive technologies impacting the industry, business opportunities and threats, and your company’s digital readiness.​

Week 2 - Your Digital Roadmap - ‘Planning Pays’. The key issues to cover in developing an agreed Digital Roadmap for your business.​

Week 3 - ‘External’ Digital - The use of digital to improve the customer experience; for sales, marketing, and business growth.​

Week 4 - ‘Internal’ Digital -The use of digital within the business to streamline processes, reduce costs, improve efficiency, support high-performing teams, derive actionable insights from data etc.​

Week 5 - Implementation and Leadership - The key organisational, people, culture, technology, and leadership challenges in ‘getting there.

Criteria

Companies will only be eligible if they meet the following criteria:​

  • Company with an AB postcode​
  • Provide proof of Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire address and number of employees based there​
  • SMEs based within the Energy Supply Chain​
  • ETZ LTD will cover the full cost of the training course
