An integrated plan to build a sustainable, net zero future for the North East of Scotland.
We recognise there are questions from the community about our activity and are committed to a programme of regular dialogue to help answer those throughout the planning and development process.
ETZ Ltd is progressing plans to develop a site opposite the Aberdeen South Harbour and within the South-Eastern area of St Fittick’s park. The site will only be developed for a company working in offshore renewable energy that requires functional association with Aberdeen South Harbour, supporting Aberdeen’s ability to attract investment and create jobs.
As part of this, we are progressing plans to make impactful investments that will significantly enhance remaining greenspace in collaboration with local people to meet their needs and ambitions.
From November 2024 to February 2025 we invited the public to participate in a greenspace use survey for the St Fittick's Park and Tullos Wood aimed at making a more vibrant and accessible greenspace. The results of the survey have shaped our proposed greenspace enhancement plan.
Our online survey was open to the public from November 2024 to February 2025
